The EIS is not designed to depict various diseases; rather it can be used for the screening of dysfunctions that might be associated with certain diseases. The EIS can also be used as a therapeutic follow up tool based upon the physiological tissue parameters, the interstitial biochemical values and the acid base balance measured in interstitial fluid. The EIS System does not provide data on the cell's blood, nerves, vessels, lymphatic, muscles, and articulations. However all this data can be computed by extrapolation. |
